What is Incident at Vichy about?
France, 1942. A group of people are detained, picked up off the street with no explanation. At first, they cling to the hope that this is nothing more than a routine identity check.
But as one by one they are called away for questioning, a terrifying truth emerges: they haven’t been chosen at random. They have been targeted for who they are.
Incident at Vichy is a powerful examination of complicity, responsibility and what we do in the face of injustice.
